Phoenix Mountain Tai Chi – Foundation Course 4: Neijin Mastery
That Is Much More Than You Had Expected Before
When you think about how much you have practiced Tai Chi and Qigong, and really consider it, you know what it’ll be like when you have truly mastered it, don’t you? To be totally relaxed, and powerful, and balanced, would be good, wouldn’t it? But you are not quite there yet, are you not?
You’re not quite at the top of the mountain, and to the extent that you’re not there, you are ready to get there. So when you think about how you have climbed from Fascia Mastery, through Song Mastery, and to Qi Mastery, you can begin to see that you are so much farther from where you had started, and how much you have grown, that has prepared you to take the next step, successfully, now.
What I would like you to realize is that in this course, you will be focusing on what you have not mastered yet, to make sure that the skills you need, will be the skills that you have. Would that be something worth exploring?
The Gateway Beyond
Beyond the Qi within yourself that you have developed, is the Qi of the universe that ancient sages called Zhong Qi, that we call Ling Qi, Spiritual Energy. The creators of Yang Tai Chi discovered how to harness this energy, and the 8 ways by which they utilized it came to be called the 8 Neijins, Internal Forces.
The eight Neijins are called: Peng, Lu, Ji, An, Cai Lie, Zhou, and Kao. Ward Off, Rollback, Press, and Push, Pluck, Split, Elbow, and Lean. They are commonly understood as the key to mastering and applying Yang Family Tai Chi. But they are more than that: they are the methods by which you expand your awareness beyond your physical self, to manifest the universe’s energies into your physical experience that elevates you above any obstacles to achieve more lightness, more power, and more balance.
Awaken Your Highest and Most Powerful Self
Neijin Mastery is more than exercises to move gracefully and overcome opponents. Because as you awaken yourself to experience yourself as an energetic part of the entire universe, and feel all of that energy support and guide your every movement, how will that transform how you move in Tai Chi? How will that impact the way you move through your life?
When external hostility no longer worry you, when outside stress have been fully released, and when you can feel this blissful energy become a continuous part of your daily life, how will your health and well-being grow, above all that you have done for yourself before?
Their Hidden and Profound Understanding
Above and beyond all that you have heard about the importance of Song, the Dantien, the Qi within you, discover the hidden knowledge of the Yang Family who created Yang Style Tai Chi.
Learn the internal skill of connecting to your opponent and the energy of the universe that forms the real capacity to manifest the 8 Neijin energies.
