It hit me quite directly when I started reading the books of Caroline Myss.

She stated that whether you heal or not isn’t determined by how many hours a day you meditate, how many gurus you visit, how many crystals you own, or how many Reiki sessions you receive.  It’s not even determined by eating an all-organic diet or “going vegan”.

Not that there’s anything wrong with any of these things.  But Caroline Myss states that, beneath all of the practices, if a person does not have true and authentic self-esteem, then none of these other factors will do very much.

Caroline Myss says that self-esteem is the most important and essential quality to be able to heal, change, or manifest anything in life.

Until we love ourselves more, and are truly willing to honor what we need, we will inevitably block healing and manifesting more good in life.

But developing self-esteem is risky.  You will risk irking other people as you stand up for what is true for you, even if it doesn’t seem convenient or “expected”.  You will be challenged by developing and following your own inner vision, even when the world around you wants you to conform to norms.

Self-esteem, and the related factors of self-love and self-respect, are the essentials that makes everything else work.  They have to do with honoring ourselves at all levels, honoring our inner voice and guidance, and strengthening our truest sense of inner power no matter who or what may be triggered by our development.

So many times, we are attracted to a method, book, “healer”, or coach, thinking that by doing a particular program, we are guaranteed to heal, fix, or change our body or some problem in our life.  But if we are not honoring ourselves authentically, and willing and ready to orient towards honoring ourselves no matter what, no outside method or person will be able to make much of a difference.

The lessons of developing self-esteem are deep and difficult, but the rewards are supreme and awesome.  The lessons occur at all levels of ourselves — from the spiritual to the physical worlds.

• This clearing will include a point-by-point identification of ages and times in this life when your self-esteem was blocked, and we will working on returning the power you still have invested in these past blocks, so that you can use it to build self-esteem now.
• We will look at how these present-life events are triggers of past-life and ancestral lineage problems, and we will work on alchemizing and transmuting those blocks as well.

• This clearing is focused on identifying and resolving millions of subconscious programs you are currently running that are limiting your ability to experience self-esteem.  These programs include ways in which you were made to feel inferior and less than — ways in which you were belittled, mocked, or made fun of for being who you are and for expressing your natural joy and creativity.
