This field enhances your ability to absorb energetic patterns, fields, programs, etc. It also serves to better absorb the energy you generate after meditating or doing routines such as Qi Gong, yoga or Tai Chi.

It allows your energetic body to make a pathway for that energy. It also allows every cell in your body to absorb it. Your body will have a better harmony between all its parts and it will integrate (in a better and armonious way) what is beneficial to your body and discard the negative.
