It is of the utmost importance now more than ever that we are centered in ourselves and aware of our breathing patterns. Our breathing patterns influence what we attract and how we are able to respond. In these crazy times, if you are not in tune with the breath and actively working to consciously reprogram your mental patterns, you are essentially a slave to the subconscious programming of the impeding world around. It is now “attention,” that is said to be the currency of the world, and thus, everybody is trying to get your attention.

You see what they want you to see. They give you the illusion of choice, or the ability to choose only from what they have already selected for you. But what if you got your information directly from the source? What if you knew how to tap into the eternal well of knowledge, creativity, abundance and love that springs from within you.

When we practice meditation and the many methods of attaining that state of total concentration and blissful nothingness, we are tapping into our inner world rather than the illusionary outer world. In your own inner space is where you will find the wholeness and completeness that you seek. Practices like breathwork, mantras, and kriya yoga are all meant to get the bodies nervous system ready for the quantum of energy that is generated in the state of meditation. These techniques should be practiced on the daily to maintain the constant reminder to oneself to breathe consciously.

Every time you practice Conscious Spiritwork, you are affirming to yourself that you love yourself, that you want to be aware of your breathing, that you truly want to show up for your life. With a consistent practice, you will find yourself catching your breath throughout the day, noticing other peoples breathing patterns, and become aware of how the breathing pattern influences the experience of each person and yourself. These practices will radically transform you and overtime, they will make you an impenetrable force to the lower vibrational entities that seek to sap your energy.

In the Vedas (ancient Indian scriptures), it is said that one should avoid being outside or in the direct energy of eclipses. The polar opposite energy of the receiving moon and giving sun directly in alignment can create distortion in peoples minds and actions and that one should resort to spiritual practice in this time. This is another reason why we will be together in our community tuning into the breath consciously as a sadhana (spiritual practice) and being centered during this astrological event.

Every class that I offer I teach new techniques and routines that are attuned to the individuals present and the astrological energies of that time. The experience will be unique to each person, but some things you can expect include: an electric tingle throughout the body, complete relaxation, surges of energy, emotional release (laughter & crying), deep states of meditation, astral projection, natural DMT and triptamine release, and more.

The breath is the spirit, and learning to work with the spirit is the purpose of Conscious Spiritwork. When we fully allow our spirit to embody our physical body, we are truly a conscious and open channel to the cosmic energy of the Universe. We become the inner guru, the Buddha, the Christ Consciousness, and in that space there is true healing.
