The new moon is always an excellent time for turning over a new leaf, beginning a new project, and/or making a fresh start. It can give us a refreshing burst of energy and initiative while also providing balance to our emotions. This particular new moon is in Virgo, but is harshly aspected by Mars, which can aggressively push us to face challenges.

We will briefly discuss the significance of this astrology and then perform a combination of ancient and proven techniques with the intention of transcending the affects of the celestial bodies on our lives.

This class will be attuned to the moment but will call upon the techniques of Yogic Pranayama, Tibetan Buddhism, Kundalini Tantra, and more. Guided by Abushady, you will be taken on a journey through the inner space.
