This is an extended breathwork/meditation session that will take you deep into your own body through the vehicle of the breath. We talk briefly about the astrological significance of this particular new moon, followed by the Conscious Spiritwork Session and ending with deep relaxation and space for questions. Please note: although this class was attuned to the specific new moon in which it took place, you can always practice the techniques and routine done in this class and reap the benefits.

It is highly recommended that you remain in a fasted state for the entire day leading up unto the class. You may consider dry fasting, water fasting, juice/liquid fasting, and fruit fasting. Either way, as we enter this new cycle, we want to be as empty of external influences as possible so that we may breath to the fullest extent of the diaphragm and be as conscious and present with our bodies as possible. How you proceed during the new moon creates the energy that is reflected for the rest of the cycle. This is an opportunity to reset and go into the new cycle energized and focused.

Every class that I offer I teach new techniques and routines that are attuned to the individuals present and the astrological energies of that time. The experience will be unique to each person, but some things you can expect include: an electric tingle throughout the body, complete relaxation, surges of energy, emotional release (laughter & crying), deep states of meditation, astral projection, natural DMT and triptamine release, and more.

The tools I am giving you in this class will be yours to take and have with you always. You will at any moment be able to call upon these techniques to calm yourself, make yourself trip naturally, tap into a healing state, and so much more. The breath is the spirit, and learning to work with the spirit is the purpose of Conscious Spiritwork. When we fully allow our spirit to embody our physical body, we are truly a conscious and open channel to the cosmic energy of the Universe.

We become the inner guru, the Buddha, the Christ Consciousness, and in that space there is true healing. With this in mind, there truly is no monetary value that can match what is being offered here. The information is priceless.
