That’s why you must master the stakeholder engagement game. Nobody from the traditional PM circles teaches you how this is done – I will.

• From distrust to deep trust: Learn how to build deep relationships with coworkers, managers and any other project participants so you can have a fruitful collaboration and get the support you need to do your job.
