Allie Duzett – Hand Fascia Session

I was asked to do a HAND FASCIA SESSION, which I had not even thought of doing at all, but I decided to do it. And–

I totally cried!

And it was just SO MUCH MORE than I had ever considered or thought of!

Things came up in this session like waves and they just stunned me over and over.

So I have to tell you about it. Because I guess I forgot that everything that we DO is STORED in our hands.

This session has to come with a content warning (I guess?) because what came up but a bunch of masturbation energy, and alcoholism energy, and drug use energy, and basically all these waves of the ADDICTIONS we engage in using our sacred HANDS.

I was floored.

This session is not just for us, but for our ancestors as well. And as we do it, we are clearing out that inherited muscle memory/fascial memory from our descendants as well.

As I did that session, I was just totally shocked at how much darkness came up from it.

And how beautiful the message was that accompanied its clearing.

What you do MATTERS!

Even the little things you do are important.
