Judgment is a HUGE problem for humanity… and it has been for thousands of years.

Suffering the judgments of others has hurt all of us, I feel like I can guarantee it. Everyone has done something in their lives and then felt unfairly judged by others. We make mistakes and people think we’re stupid, unfairly; or mean, unfairly; or thoughtless, unfairly.

When we feel the judgments of others upon us, it can HURT! To me, it can feel like a burlap sack on my soul: itching and nagging and hurting, irritating.

No one likes to be misunderstood, or to be the victim of unfair assumptions.

And it goes both ways.

All of us have been the victims of what we believe to be unfair judgments…

….and WE also do the unfair judging!

All of us are guilty!

But letting go of judgment isn’t the easiest thing in the world to do–

It’s not easy for us to stop judging others, and it’s not easy for us to let go of the judgments others have placed on our shoulders.

That is what this session is all about: we’ll be digging deep into both our judgypants tendencies and the judgypants-ness we have suffered from others, and we will let it all go.

If the status is Completed: Your course is ready for immediate download. Click "VIEW" to view details and download the course.
