Allie Duzett – The Eyesight Session
This session is all about EYESIGHT.
This is my favorite book about eyesight: Take Off Your Glasses and See. In this book, holistic ophthalmologist Jacob Liberman explains how emotions can play a role in the development of eyesight problems–but he also talks about how muscle strength of eye-related muscles impacts vision. I love this.
Energy work can do so much–and then, sometimes we actually have to deal with things like musculature, posture, nutrition, and so on.
During this session, we’ll be working on the actual parts of the eyeball: the iris, the pupil, corneo, conjunctiva, sclera, optic nerve, and more–but we will also work on the surrounding musculature that impacts eyeball motion and movement.
The intention is to clear any negative emotional energy that has lodged in the eyeballs and surrounding tissues. We may also dig into some exercises you can do to strengthen your physical muscles as well and support your eyesight.
Some of the additional muscles we will work on include:
- The medial, lateral, superior, and inferior rectus muscles that control horizontal and vertical eye movement
- The two oblique muscles that control vertical and rotational eye movements
- The levator palpebrae superioris, which raises the upper eyelid.
We will also take a look at cranial nerves III, IV, and VI, which affect the movement of the eye as well.
I feel hopeful that we will see some beautiful shifts in our eyesight. At the very least, I hope our VISION will improve–if not physically, then spiritually!
