Elemental Ritual is an educational and practical forum for expanding our understanding of and connection to Nature’s forces & flows, how it works through us, with us and for us.

The aim of the session is to encourage the practical application of African Cosmological principles into our lives so we live in tune with the Cosmos and work with its flows.

It is composed of 2 sections; the first explores the concept of Duality as a core aspect of the spirit/body dynamic and how it applies to our connection to the elements and the outcomes of ritual practice.

The second part is the applicability of the principle in ritual practice and covers the dualistic use of sea-water and salt, eggs and bitter kola in ceremony.

It also takes learners on a fascinating journey using recorded pictures and date references of how Spirit denotes presence in response to ritual work, especially heightened at period of high concentration of energies, such as the change in seasons.

This fascinating lecture and workshop was first delivered on the 29th of April 2023 as a live, private, online interactive session. The contents has been recorded into a video lecture without attendee inclusion.
