Turning pain into purpose is very dear to my heart. We’ve been indoctrinated into a society that teaches to mask and drug pain instead of turning in and recognizing that pain is there to guide us on a different path. You are not just a data set or a series of genetics that has predetermined your life like our current system tells us. I believe you are powerful and that everything can be healed.

I strongly believe our pain is our greatest gift, whether it be physical, mental, emotional or spiritual or a combination of all of it. I am passionate about helping human beings reclaim their birthright of a healthy body and a peaceful mind, and I believe finding purpose and beginning to rewrite our story while healing the body is the integral piece of the puzzle. Looking ourselves in the mirror and getting clear on where we are and accepting ourselves just as we are is the only place we can start.

From there, a decision can be made that “I want something different for my life” and everything changes in that moment. Returning to foundational principles of health in the form of hydration, nutrition, breathing, thinking, movement and sleep is the necessary foundation to begin to rewrite the story our ego tells us.

I firmly believe that a healthy body produces a healthy mind and in a society that has fallen so far from our potential of health and vitality it is no wonder that we see the epidemic of mental health that is here. My passion is to help people develop a diet and lifestyle along with a spiritual practice that connects you to something greater, whatever that may be and create a life that is ecstatic and to remember the gift it is to be fully alive.
