The Pranic Online with the Menor Method
Clearing all your emotions and traumas
- With a breathing exercise you will empty all your cells of all the old pain that has been stored there over the years. We store all pains, traumas, unpleasant experiences in the water of all our cells. These memories are touched often enough during your daily life, which makes you feel a bit unpleasant, perhaps unnoticed. We often compensate for this with food. Even if it is with something small and healthy.
De-conditioning your cells
- That is why it is important to empty your cells as much as possible of all those unpleasant and negative experiences and we do this through a breathing exercise.
- In addition, the conditioning of “needing food” must also be removed from your cells. We are going to do that by means of a guided meditation. With that meditation, you not only remove this conditioning from your cells, but also all conditioning. So with that guided meditation we are going to clean up your cell completely.
DNA change
- And finally, a change in your DNA is needed. Your DNA contains a survival mechanism that is linked to eating and drinking. This must be transformed in order to no longer eat and drink. In addition, you will receive an extra piece of DNA. In the guided meditation I ask your guardian angel to help you with this.
This is what you can expect
- Preparation diet – 28 days duration
With this tailored diet you will detox, cleanse and empty the body in such a way that everyone can do this regardless of your eating pattern. This is in preparation for the Pranic Transformation. This preparation diet is a recommendation to give the whole process more depth, but is not essential. - Start transformation – duration 21 days
Yeaaaah, and this is what you are doing it all for. Here we are going to activate and anchor your Pranic Transformation. During this period you will also do a 3-day water fast (provided you have done the preparatory diet and the further detoxing) and we will guide you back to eating according to a proven program. Now you will also start with the special exercises that are essential for the Pranic - Transformation. This part is essential!
- Please note that the recordings of the exercises are in (simple) English. Everyone can follow this and that is really no problem for your transformation (see also the Q&A). Also note that you have to do these 21 days in this order. It is not possible to take cheat days or take a break. You have to do all 21 days in a row. This is the most essential part of the entire training!
- Further detox – duration of 7 days
In these 7 days the body also detoxes for the last part in preparation for the Pranic Transformation. It is specially tailored to you so that everyone can follow this in their own way. This builds on the preparation diet to deepen the experience of the whole process, but is also not essential. - Relaxation phase – duration 7 days
This phase prepares you to start your training full of motivation - Pranic Training Step 1 to 11 – duration at least 22 weeks
In these 11 steps you will train to get food under control and get used to more and more Prana days. You will go from “food and prana days” to “Prana and occasionally an eating day/eating moment”
