Develop a strong foundation for your practice with our Ashtanga Primary Series Intensive.  You’ll be guided from the beginning in a traditional and accessible way, building from the first Sun Salutation through the entire Primary Series.

We’ve taken our most popular in-person course and transferred all of the information online for you to study with us from the comfort of your home – or – wherever life takes you.  This course consists of 70+ sessions and classes spread over 10 hours of video lessons diving deeply into the finer details of the Primary Series. In this course you’ll learn the proper alignment for each pose/vinyasa plus the traditional Sanskrit count. Each lesson is packed full of information, and with lifetime access to the course, you’ll be able to use it as an invaluable resource as you continue to grow your practice.

When will I receive my course?

If the status is Processing: Your course is being uploaded. Please be patient and wait for us to complete your order. If your order has multiple courses and one of them has not been updated with the download link, the status of the order is also Processing.

If the status is Completed: Your course is ready for immediate download. Click "VIEW" to view details and download the course.

Where can I find my course?

Once your order is complete, a link to download the course will automatically be sent to your email.
