Elena Cheung is a Seattle-based Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist and yoga teacher whose mission is to empower individuals in their movement practice. Elena’s work in the movement sphere includes online & on-demand yoga/fitness content development, production, filming, and management.

She’s had the honor to work closely with brands like YogaWorks, REI, Just Move, & Amazon Halo to create and develop yoga and movement-related classes that allow yoga to reach those who might otherwise have never stepped foot in a studio.
