Each Module contains a video DVD containing a targeted tapping exercise demonstrated by Dr. Pratt. The audio CD component is a 20-30 minute hypnotic meditation designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system. This state of relaxation will help you change your brain and subconcious, install positive beliefs, help you visualize and create your new reality.
