Lesson 1 :HEALING WITH CRYSTALS Crystal Healing

In this first lesson, you’ll learn about the history of crystals, how to work with them and a few expert tips for maximizing your results. You’ll begin building your knowledge of general crystal practices to lay a strong foundation. Exploring the differing shapes of crystals—including the Cube, Point, Harmonizer, Heart, and Sphere, along with Tumbled Stones—will help you amplify your intentions. Lesson 2 :CLEARING AND CLEANSING Crystal Healing

Now that you know the basics of working with crystals, it’s time to dive into the actual program that will take you from chaos and discord to balance and peace. In this key lesson featuring a special guest, native healer and spiritual teacher Bobby Lake-Thom, you’ll explore the significance—and practice—of cleansing and activating your crystals. Bobby will share his wisdom with you and walk you through one option for space clearing using the plant-medicine spirit of sage. You’ll also discover additional simple techniques for cleansing your crystals, your environment and your personal energy.

Lesson 3 :MOVING INTO AWARENESS Crystal Healing

The first step in any healing program is creating an awareness of your current state. In this lesson, Heather will take you through two simple, three-step exercises to help you understand what’s cluttering up your mind and causing you to fall off balance. She’ll give you specific crystal actions to take to help clear your head space of senseless, chaotic noise.

The first exercise, which includes an experiential meditation with the crystal Selenite, is about shedding light on the things hidden away in the closet of your mind and then calming your mental chatter. In the second, you’ll cut away unhealthy attachments—known as energetic cords—with Black Kyanite. Clearing those surface-level distractions that keep you spinning in your daily life will pave the way for further healing.

Lesson 4 :FROM AWARENESS TO EMPOWERMENT

This lesson takes you deeper . . . into the next phase of creating balance: transforming the emotions that cause spinning thoughts and mental clutter. You’ll learn about everything from instilling self-forgiveness and self-love to setting intentions for change, so you can move forward with confidence and clarity.

In the first part of the lesson, you’ll be introduced to Rose Quartz and come to recognize your old wounds and take inventory of what has been keeping you from living the life you have always dreamed of. Next—in a four-step process spanning two videos, plus a PDF worksheet—you’ll work with Clear Quartz to connect with your heart’s true desires. And then, finally, you’ll do some meditating with Amethyst to put you on track and in alignment so you can reach a state of true physical and emotional balance.

Lesson 5 :STAYING IN BALANCE Crystal Healing

In this final lesson, Heather takes your crystal healing to an even deeper, more practical level with a maintenance program for a lifetime of balance. You’ll be introduced to a simple daily practice building on everything you’ve learned, combining all five crystals you’ve worked with in this course. Then, after creating your very own altar, you’ll learn some “quick fixes” featuring three new crystals—Blue Lace Agate, Lemurian Quartz and Hematite.
