Daily De-Stress is a 30 day physical decompression practice designed to reduce feelings of overwhelm, escape from a freeze state, alleviate body tension and provide mental clarity and focus. Each day you will find a unique, thoughtful and easy to follow 10-15 minute movement flow. These sessions can be done first thing in the morning to energize, mid afternoon to boost motivation, or in the evening to decompress from a long day and prepare for a relaxed sleep.
