This meditation was created for committed couples who wish to practice together – to get closer in love, to create a life of synergy with a common vision, and to elevate each other – with the coherent energy of two hearts and two minds aligned as one.

The purpose of this meditation is for couples to feel the love each partner has for the other, to amplify that love, and to use that coherent energy to create a life together. It provides a way to be in each other’s hearts – individually, and as one.

At the start of this meditation, you and your partner will put your attention on the heart, feeling the love you have for each other. Then, each of you will place your loved one in your own heart – the center of oneness – to create a unified consciousness.

When you feel deeply for someone, you give them your love, care, kindness, appreciation, gratitude, honor, trust, and respect. You want them to be joyful and inspired. You want the greatest good for them.

In summoning these elevated emotions you feel for each other, you will bond in a higher frequency; a greater energy. You will then synchronize your energy to each other – so you live in each other’s hearts.

The new life you and your partner envision is the signal you will both send into the field. The experience will be brought to you both with that higher amplitude of coherent energy from your hearts; synchronized to each other – two as one.

When you fall in higher love with each other, you fall in higher love with life.
