This 15-minute meditation is designed to help you raise your energy so you can cause more movement or flow in your life. When things aren’t changing, when you’re having obstacles and challenges, this is a meditation that will help you create movement in any aspect of your life. This 15-minute meditation is designed to help people who have lost the feeling of joy in their life. When you identify that you have defaulted into an unconscious program and have moved into a state of sadness, fear or suffering, and can’t seem to find happiness and beauty in this gift called life, it’s time to make up your mind and change your energy– so that circumstances change in your life.

The purpose of this meditation is to stop, pause, remember that you are the creator of your life, and change your energy. If you can truly change your energy throughout your day, new things, circumstances or conditions will show up in your life, which will cause you to feel joy.

Dr Joe Dispenza holds a Bachelor of Science degree and is a Doctor of Chiropractic. His post graduate training includes the fields of neuroscience and neuroplasticity, quantitative electroencephalogram (QEEG) measurements, epigenetics, mind-body medicine, and brain/heart coherence. As a researcher, lecturer, author, and corporate consultant, his interest lies in demystifying the mystical so that people have all the tools within their reach to make measurable changes in their lives.
