Thousands of years ago, ancient Taoist monks discovered an energy orbit that flows through the human body…

Which they named the “Microcosmic Orbit.”

Also known as the “Small Heavenly Circle,” the Microcosmic Orbit spins around your body… the same way planets in our solar system spin around the sun.

It is a powerful energetic practice that moves energy through the “Sea of Yin” and the “Sea of Yang.” (The two most powerful energy pathways in the body.)

How does it work?

1. The Waterfall. The Waterfall is an exercise that calms the mind, soothes emotional stress, and pours purified life force energy into the center of the body.
2. Lao Tzu Strokes the Beard. This is another variation of the Microcosmic Orbit that helps to encourage Qi in and through the front and back of the body, balancing yin and yang energy.
3. Turning the Water Wheel. Turning the Wheel helps to “seal the leaks” of the body so that energy is contained and circulating. This is a great movement “tonic” and is said to build energy through the system.
