A Complete “System” for Eliminating Insomnia and Achieving Deep, Natural Sleep
This is a deeper experience, it is a complete system which targets your mind to take you from A-B, from insomniac and problem sleeper, to someone who just falls asleep naturally.
This isn’t just one 30 minute hypnosis session, it is a series of 5 deeper hypnosis sessions with a total listening time of 2 hours and 43 minutes! You will listen to the sessions in succession, just one per day and then you will go back to one / both of the “Sleep Sessions” and use it while it trains your mind to fall asleep naturally. This is much more in-depth change which is not possible with just one session alone.
The big difference wanted to ensure of with this program is that the changes will last, and the ultimate result with this system is that you won’t even need it forever – it will make the changes within your mind which will last.. it essentially trains and teaches you to fall asleep, re-wires your “sleep patterns” and gives you everything you need so you can fall asleep naturally, yourself!
Like any “system” it works in several stages, spread out across the 5 sessions.
- Stage 1: Releasing negative sleep patterns. The main reason you don’t sleep well (to say the least) is because of the “sleep patterns” (the patterns of thinking, the thoughts that go through your mind, the very way your mind operates when you are TRYING to sleep) you have build up over the years (decades?). The first thing this program will do is to release these negative patterns so that you can build a positive new foundation next.
- Stage 2: Laying a new positive foundation of positive sleep patterns and easing you into sleep. The next step is to lay down a new foundation; new, positive and beneficial sleep patterns – so that sleeping is not a struggle, so that the new patterns simply help you to sleep and stop it from being a struggle.
- Stage 3: Cementing the changes together so that they last. This is not just a one off experience which will get you to sleep while you listen to it. The changes will last. You will develop a lasting ability to get yourself to sleep, forever!
- Stage 4: Training your brain to fall asleep naturally. This program features two “Sleep Sessions” which put you to sleep and leave you asleep overnight. What You Will Receive
Our complete Deep Sleep System contains 5 powerful hypnosis sessions. Session 1 – Release Old SLeeping Patterns
The “techniques” which can help aid sleeping (consistent schedule, exercise daily, no caffeine after 4pm, etc) are important, but many people find they just don’t work for them. That’s because of the pattern that is triggered every time you laid down to sleep in the past. This first step is all about hitting the [RESET] button on that old pattern, so that everything from here forward is more effective.
Hypnosis is the ideal way to do this, it bypasses your conscious mind, and access this reset button directly. It can eliminate, release, and change your negative sleeping thought and behaviour patterns – the patterns of thinking which are going on deep inside your mind (which you probably won’t even be aware of) when you lie down to try and sleep, and which are causing your sleeping problems and insomnia.
This track will release these negative patterns from the source so that you have a blank foundation to build upon; to build new, positive and beneficial sleeping patterns upon (which comes in the next track).
Session 2 – Create New Sleep Patterns
The first session released your negative sleep patterns and prepared you to move forward, so now we begin to create the new pattern — a pattern of drifting gently and comfortably into deep sleep every time your face touches your pillow. This guided visualization process delivers a powerful message to your unconscious, guiding it to send you into sleep automatically — consistently — every night.
This is the real foundation of natural, consistent sleep. The foundation created with this track will last a lifetime and sets the scene for the deeper tracks to come.
For some people, the first 2 tracks are all they ever need.. but if you need more, then we have it, in the following 2 powerful sleep inducing tracks and then the final session to cement the changes permanently and completely.
Session 3 – Drift into Deep Sleep
This is the first of the two “Sleep Sessions”.
It does not contain a “count up” to re-awaken you after the hypnosis. It naturally sends you deeper into the trance and finally leaves you in a state of sleep.
This session designed to be listened to as you’re drifting off for the night. This gentle, beautiful experience engages the perspectives and patterns you’ve learned in the first 2 sessions, and carries you effortlessly into a deep and lasting sleep you can enjoy all night long.
Get into bed, just lie and get yourself comfortable in your natural sleeping position for a few minutes, relax and let your mind slow a little, and then put in your headphones, start the track and let yourself drift away – for the night.
Session 4 – Deeper & Deeper Sleep
This is the second of the two “Sleep Sessions”.
Again, this track does not contain a “count up” to re-awaken you after the hypnosis. It puts you into a hypnotic trance and transitions you into a natural state of sleep and leaves you there without “counting up” or re-awakening you…
There’s sleeping through the night, which is beautiful, and then there’s the kind of sleep that you wake up from feeling so refreshed and rejuvenated that it’s like waking up to a brand new you — more focused, younger, more alert and alive. This audio deepens and strengthens your new, blissful sleep pattern so that you receive the maximum refreshment from every night’s sleep.
Generally we recommend listening in a linear fashion, to track 3 first and then track 4 the next night, but it is these two tracks you will probably come back to to listen to each night after you have been right through the series. Session 5 – Permanently and Completely
This 5th and final session is designed to create a life-long, permanent sleep pattern that you can rely on at home, while traveling, or in any environment.
