An Easy Beginning to a Profound Journey
A part of you have may already thought that Tai Chi may be something beneficial for you. And another part of you is asking, but how do I start? As you have watched people and masters perform the graceful movements, you know that they must have started from somewhere, have they not?
You may have heard that it takes 10 years to master Tai Chi, and that it is a life long journey. To the extent that the benefits stay with you throughout your life, and that there are always further ways we can enjoy improving ourselves in this life, this is true. And aside from that, would the journey be easier, if you were well prepared, and had great guidance, a helpful map, from the very start?
In this course, you will receive this map, and this map will guide you to practice Tai Chi with the right intention, to move with the easiest form, and to align with your highest spirit, so that every move you make brings you further up the mountain in a comfortable, and totally helpful way.
And when your Tai Chi journey is comfortable, guided, and effective, would the journey be more pleasant? It might even be less than 10 years, might it not? So as a part of you discovers this possibility, let that part of you that is ready to begin something that you know to be good for you, guide you to start.
