The first track ‘Going Down-Time Lite’ is designed for more relaxed-alert states of focus for study, training, coaching.

The second track, ‘Going Down-Time Medium’ includes fractionation and cycling of binaural beats to facilitate deeper states of reflection, trance and meditation usually associated with lower alpha and higher theta wave patterns.

The third track, ‘Going Down-Time: All the Way Down includes fractionation and cycling of binarual beats and other signal processing effects encourage even deeper trance states usually associated with slower brain wave patterns such as theta and even delta.

If the status is Completed: Your course is ready for immediate download. Click "VIEW" to view details and download the course.
