Robert Gardner Next Level Pain Relief™ Educator

• Introduction: I’m Robert Gardner, a licensed Thai massage instructor, therapist, and yoga teacher based in Austin, Texas.
• Expertise: My practice primarily involves Thai massage, yoga therapy, and yoga classes, and I’ve been in the healing arts field for over 21 years. My goal is to assist and educate individuals, encouraging them to stimulate their own healing.
• Personal Journey: My healing arts journey began after a life-changing drunk driving accident in college. As a previously healthy and vibrant 22-year-old, I turned into someone who battled severe depression and enduring pain due to someone else’s reckless decision.
• Early Struggles: I found little help from the traditional medical establishment in my home state, Louisiana. Consequently, I dropped out of school and began working at a health food store in an attempt to regain my health.
• Discovery of Massage: It was at the health food store where I discovered the power of massage, which prompted me to attend massage school. This marked the true beginning of my healing process.
• Healing Modalities: Starting with Swedish and deep tissue work, I later discovered craniosacral therapy, yoga, and Thai massage. Each modality I offer in my practice is a technique that has personally helped me in my healing journey.
• Encouragement: I don’t claim to have all the answers, but I encourage you to take control of your life, your health, and your prosperity. Don’t let anyone tell you that you’re too sick or too old to improve.
• Personal Interests: Apart from my passion for yoga and bodywork, I enjoy playing poker (especially no limit hold’em) and tasting blanco tequilas and beer while cooking from scratch.
