Then something happened (we will talk about what that likely was in this class) and Stomach and Spleen energies were pressed to the peripheral of elemental function. Stomach and Spleen were no longer the center of our wellbeing. They were no longer the source of our Qi. And our well-being has never quite recovered.

But now…

As the actual planet Earth is evolving, and evolving rapidly, there is also a reflective evolution happening within 5 Element Theory. Understanding that everything, EVERY SINGLE THING, that matters is because of Earth. Everything is happening on Earth. We – our bodies – well we are Earth.

In this class you will learn how to return Earth to middle of the Element Theory. You will learn when and how to use the most ancient of Elemental Theory – called the Wu Tao.

Dr. Sara Allen, PhD, EEMAP is a doctorate level holistic health practitioner. She has studied extensively food as medicine as well as supplemental & herbal medicine. Her specialty is a particular self brand of energy medicine– best described as a combination of ancient Chinese and East Indian modalities that are systemized via energy kinesiology.
