• How co-regulation works in relationships to either open or close the body and nervous system
• Recognizing how we go numb because of latent fear
• Overcoming the fear of aggression and conflict
• How the attachment model and the individuation loop take us back to 2D consciousness and othering.
• Shifting from ‘Me and You’ to ‘Us’ consciousness to access a different level of wisdom that is inclusive and relational

Meet Your Teachers

Thomas Hübl

Thomas Hübl, PhD, is a renowned teacher, author, and international facilitator who works within the complexity of systems and cultural change, integrating the core insights of the great wisdom traditions and mysticism with the discoveries of science. Since the early 2000s, he has led large-scale events and courses on the healing of collective trauma.

He is the author of Attuned: Practicing Interdependence to Heal Our Trauma—and Our World and Healing Collective Trauma: A Process for Integrating Our Intergenerational and Cultural Wounds. He has served as an advisor and guest faculty for universities and organizations, as a coach for CEOs and organizational leaders, and is currently a visiting scholar at the Wyss Institute at Harvard University.

Terry Real

Terry Real, LICSW, is an internationally recognized family therapist, bestselling author, and sought-after speaker.

A former senior faculty member of the Family Institute of Cambridge in Massachusetts and a retired Clinical Fellow of the Meadows Institute in Arizona, Terry is renowned for his ability to save couples on the brink of divorce using the progressive approach he created, Relational Life Therapy. RLT equips people with the powerful relational skills they need to cultivate meaningful connections—to themselves, each other, and the planet as a whole.
