About Bernhard Karrasch

Dr. Bernhard Karrasch, a German scientist, and his wife Maren faced the daunting challenges of advanced frontotemporal dementia (FTD), which left Maren with severe cognitive and mobility impairments and no effective cure in traditional medicine.

Their turning point came during a 28-day intensive Zhineng Qigong retreat in Dali, China, where Maren practiced 8 hours daily, focusing on movements like “Lift Qi Up, Pour Qi Down” and visualizing a healthy brain.
