• The course starts off becomes progressively more challenging, allowing your mind and body to adjust to the increasing stimuli, and letting you find your own limits. You reinforce your practice throughout the week with additional homework assignments, as well as a workbook in which you can log your progress.
• Every seven days a new set of videos is unlocked, making sure that you don’t go too hard too fast. Once unlocked, all the videos remain available to you indefinitely, so you can take as long as you need to complete the course, and revisit the material as often as you like.
• As you make your way through the course, you develop a consistent practice that you can sustain on your own when the course has finished.

If the status is Processing: Your course is being uploaded. Please be patient and wait for us to complete your order. If your order has multiple courses and one of them has not been updated with the download link, the status of the order is also Processing.

If the status is Completed: Your course is ready for immediate download. Click "VIEW" to view details and download the course.

Where can I find my course?

Once your order is complete, a link to download the course will automatically be sent to your email.
