Yuan Tze – Gathering Qi | Tian Yuan
Gathering Qi (Tian Yuan) is an invitation to begin a different way of living. In this first method of Yuan Qigong, you’ll start turning your focus inward, attuning yourself to your inner rhythm.
During this graceful moving practice, you’ll start to feel a deeper connection with yourself – gradually becoming familiar with the feeling of Qi moving in and around the body. The exchange of Qi between the body and the universe which happens during the practice can initiate change instantly. Some of the effects can manifest as improvement of the overall health condition, as well as more clarity and focus in daily life. The body and mind are beginning the process of integrating the separated ‘self’ within the greater whole. This can bring us into a deep state of calmness and harmony while increasing our self-awareness.
The course is presented in four sessions, each with various topics addressing all aspects (practical and theoretical) of the method. You will have access to audio guides, instructional videos and detailed explanations of each movement.
